Queens Cup, Bead Lily
(clintonia uniflora)
Form:
4-8 inches tall.
Leaves:
Basal, two to three, 3-8 inches long and 1/3 as wide.
Flowers:
Solitary at the tip of leafless stem, 6 white petals, about
1 inch long broadly bell shaped, sepals about 5/8 inch long.

Habitat:
Shade tolerant in moist conifer forests
Season:
Early summer (May-July) (a blue berry develops in late summer at tip of stem)
