OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
The Operations Director’s duties and powers shall be to monitor and report to the Board of Trustees on the timely performance and quality of work of the Association Manager and Corporation maintenance employees; to be responsible for the timely performance of the Buildings & Grounds and the Greenbelts committees; to account for all real property acquired by the Corporation; to be responsible for the appraisal and sale of Corporation real property approved by the Board of Trustees; to provide contract terms and/or job descriptions for the Board of Trustee’s consideration on all contractors and employees, other than accountants, retained by the Corporation; to sign agreements, contracts, checks and other written instruments which have been approved by the Board of Trustees; and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President
