President Responsibilities
- To prepare the agenda and preside over all meetings of the
Board of Trustees
- To sign all agreements, contracts and other written instruments
which have been approved by the Board of Trustees
- To employ persons authorized by the Board of Trustees
- To appoint committees necessary to the conduct of Corporation
business
- To perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Board
of Trustees
Each year after the members meeting in May and no
later than September first the following committees are to be
appointed by the President with input from the trustees. The appointment
should be done in writing with a written acceptance.
Strategic Planning. minimum of
3 maximum of 7 - The President is the Trustee assigned to this
committee
Roads. minimum of 3 - The Director
of Operations is the Trustee assigned to this committee
Building & Grounds (Greenbelt).
minimum of 3 - The Director of Operations is the Trustee assigned

Budget and Finance. minimum of
3 - The Treasurer is the Trustee assigned to this committee
Nominating. minimum of 2 - The
President is the Trustee assigned to this committee
Elections. minimum of 4 - The President
is the Trustee assigned to this committee
Social. minimum of 5 - The Vice
President is the Trustee assigned to this committee
Water and Waste Water. minimum
of 3 - The Director of Operations is the Trustee assigned to this
committee
The President’s duties and powers shall be
to direct the affairs of the corporation as required by the By-laws.
