President Responsibilities

     

PRESIDENT

The President’s duties and powers shall be to direct the affairs of the Corporation as required by these Bylaws and other governing documents; to prepare the agenda and preside over all meetings of the Board of Trustees; to sign agreements, contracts, checks and other written instruments which have been approved by the Board of Trustees; to appoint committees necessary to the conduct of the Corporation’s business; and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Board of Trustees.
