Secretary Responsibilities
SECRETARY
The Secretary’s duties and powers shall be to sign agreements, contracts, checks and other written instruments which have been approved by the Board of Trustees; to handle and preserve the correspondence of the Corporation, including bulletins and similar items; to take, transcribe, publish and preserve the Minutes of all meetings of the Board of Trustees, except Executive Sessions; to require, obtain and publish the Minutes of all committee meetings; to maintain current information on the website; and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President.
