TREASURER
The Treasurer’s duties and powers shall be to maintain and preserve books of account of the Corporation’s financial activities which meet generally acceptable accounting principles; to preserve original documents supporting the book entries; to sign agreements, contracts, checks and other written instruments which have been approved by the Board of Trustees; to perform timely audits of the Corporation’s bookkeeping system and bank accounts, from the receipt of cash to its disbursement; to manage the Corporation’s bank accounts and investments; to provide analysis to the Board of Trustees and members in accordance with these Bylaws and the Corporation’s Operating Procedures of the financial needs, financial position, financial health and tax obligations of the Corporation; to manage and be responsible for the timely performance of outside accounting firms retained by the Board of Trustees; and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President.
