VICE PRESIDENT The Vice President’s duties and powers shall be to assume the President’s duties and powers in case of the absence or disability of the President;   to sign agreements, contracts, checks and other written instruments which have been approved by the Board of Trustees; to be responsible for the timely performance of the Social committee, the Elections committee and the preparation of ballots; to maintain a base of volunteers for committee and Board of Trustee positions; and to perform such other duties as may be assigned by the President.
