BOARD MEETING MARCH 10, 2007

Board members present were:  Judy, Melanie & Roy

Melanie presented an opening statement that we did not have a quorum  at the meeting, however we would be discussing some issues for the membership that was present.

Bob Melson was introduced as our new Association Manager for the Ponderosa.  He presented a budget report and took many questions from the room regarding any changes in the Ponderosa and personal information on his background for qualification for this job.

Judy introduced 4 homeowners who were present and interested in running for Board positions that would be open in May.

We discussed a vehicle that the Ponderosa is leasing for $200 a month.  This will be used for business purposes only, including taking water samples into town, banking, postal business, etc.

A computer will be purchased for the maintenance/water manager.  Funds will come out of the M & O Account.

Gonzales property:  briefly discussed if we would purchase the lot or give an easement.

The caretakers home has had new tile installed.  A new toilet will need to be purchased.
