BUILDING AND GROUNDS COMMITTEE REPORT
September 2008
By Nancy Melson, Chairperson
The fireplace is finished and has received many positive comments.
Much work has been done on continuing repairs in the caretaker's home since Ken moved in.
The playground has been raked and maintained so that we can enjoy the crisp, fall days.
We have our final fall pest control scheduled for Tuesday, October 14th. He will treat under the building in the crawl space as well as the inside and perimeter.
The committee looks forward to continuing maintenance and upgrades in the Clubhouse, and encourages community members to use it more. It is a perfect place for many different activities.
