VOLUNTEER SURVEY FORM

Ponderosa has a continuing need for volunteers in several areas.  If you might be interested in volunteering from time to time, please complete the appropriate sections of the form below and send it in.  When we have a need our Vice President will contact you with details about what is needed and time required so you can decide if you wish to help.

__________  GREENBELT MAINTENANCE
This group meets, usually for a couple of hours on selected weekends, at a Greenbelt to maintain trails, remove noxious weeds, clear brush, spread bark, place benches and signs, etc.

__________ BUILDINGS & GROUNDS
This group meets, usually on a designated weekend, to maintain our pool landscaping and our playground and ballfield areas.  They also meet to assess the needs of our Clubhouse, Office and Caretaker house to establish priorities and a budget.  The actual maintenance of these facilities is done by our employees.

___________SOCIAL COMMITTEE
This group meets occasionally to plan social events.  They are also responsible for staffing these events and arranging for food or drink when appropriate.

From time to time we have questions that require professional help.  We hope to build an inventory of people with particular skills or knowledge who would be willing to assist us with specific questions of a short-term nature. We will not  burden any one individual; we recognize that you sell your time for a living.  On the other hand, we hope there are members with knowledge/skill willing to volunteer on occasion.
