Governing Documents

The Ponderosa Community Club was incorporated in 1968 in the State of Washington.

The following are the revised governing documents of the Ponderosa Community Club adopted by the members of the homeowners association in 2011. As a Ponderosa property owner, you are a voting member of the Ponderosa Community Club that owns, operates, and maintains the buildings, roads, water system and greenbelts of the community. You are also legally bound to pay assessments when purchasing property in the Ponderosa development. The community association trustees are unpaid volunteers elected by the membership. Members have access to the facilities and amenities operated by the community association and are encouraged to attend and voice opinions at regular board meetings.

The Operating Procedures are an adjunct to the Bylaws of the Ponderosa Community Club, Inc., and specifically incorporate the definitions used in the Bylaws.
