NO SMOKING POLICY

Purpose

  • Protect the value of Ponderosa assets.
  • Eliminate the adverse health effects of second hand smoke.
  • Reduce fire hazard.

Smoking is not allowed in any Ponderosa Community Club owned building or vehicle.  Smoking may take place outside of a building but not within 25 feet of entrances, exits, or windows that may be opened.   This policy applies to Ponderosa Community Club employees, members, guests, outside contractors doing work for the Ponderosa, and all other visitors.

    • Caretaker’s Home
    • Clubhouse
    • Office
    • Pumphouses
    • Shop (and parking bays)
    • Vehicles  (Backhoe, pickups,  dump truck, and Yukon)
