Rules and Policies

Families, social guests and tenants of members enjoy the same privileges to use the Ponderosa facilites as members while residing within Ponderosa Estates. They also carry the same responsibilities toward their neighbors and Ponderosa property as members. It is the responsibility of the host member to inform family, social guests and tenants of these responsibilities.

Breach of the Rules and Regulations may result in restriction or removal of provileges.

Notice of Change in Ownership or Mailing Address

It is the member's responsibility to promptly advise the Board of Trustees of any change in mailing address or ownership in order to assure proper billing of dues, assessments and fees and to prevent delinquencies and subsequent penalties.
