Pool Card Procedures

  1. If you already have a card, and if your account is paid up, your card will be automatically activated.
  2. If you have lost your card, you are required to pay $25.00 to obtain a new one. In addition, you will need to fill out the application, a sample of which is posted below.
  3. If you are a NEW member, you will need to fill out the application to obtain your card.
  4. NEW pool cards will be activated within 48 hours of receiving the application.
  5. Cards will only be issued to ONE (1) ADULT MEMBER. (Not to children, friends or relatives)
