Rules
Swimming Pool Rules
The pool will be opened temporarily, weather permitting,
for the Memorial Day weekend. It will be reopened when the
local schools close for Summer, or when cool weather no
longer impacts usage and cost. It will remain open six days a
week until approximately mid-September.
Hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. with the first and last
hours reserved for persons 21 years old and older.
The pool will be closed immediately upon discovery of any
foreign objects or potentially hazardous material, or any
children in diapers in the pool. The pool will also be closed
when the water becomes cloudy, often the result of oils and
lotions in the water (PLEASE SHOWER!)
PROHIBITED:
FOOD AND DRINK
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
GLASS CONTAINERS
CHILDREN IN DIAPERS OR WHO ARE NOT
POTTY-TRAINED (E-coli potential results in
immediate pool shutdown)
PERSONS WITH A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE
PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS
OR ALCOHOL
FLOTATION DEVICES
RUNNING, DIVING, HORSEPLAY
LOANING POOL CARDS TO ANYONE
- The pool is for members and their guests only. Guests
must be accompanied by the member. Loaning your pool
card will result in revocation of privileges.
- Shower before entering the pool to rinse off oils and lotions
- Children 12 and under to have a person 18+ in the pool area with them
- Use the Buddy System for youths and teens 12+
- All loose items to be kept at least 4 feet from pool’s edge
